Nicole Phaneuf

Nicole joined the company in June 2007. Before coming here Nicole had worked throughout the United States as a pastry chef, a profession she fostered after graduating magna cum laude from Johnson & Wales University in 1988. Since that time Nicole has experimented with different business ventures including owning an operating a small home based catering company and a pool cleaning service in Boynton Beach, Florida, where she resided the last 11 years. Nicole loves the outdoors and has a particular soft spot for fall in New England. She is most happy to be home again and enjoying the chance to be part of the family business.
